Common questions about our appointment process

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling our office at (555) 123-4567 at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You may also cancel through your patient portal account if you have one.

Please call our office as soon as you know you'll be late. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but if you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other patients.

We primarily operate by appointment, but we do accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Wait times for walk-ins may be longer than scheduled appointments. For urgent medical needs, please visit our emergency department.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and most insurance plans. Copayments are due at the time of service. Please contact our billing office at (555) 123-4567 ext. 2 for specific questions about your insurance coverage.
